YOUTH SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING CAMP

Elevate Your Speed, Power, and Strength! Join us for a weeklong elite strength and conditioning program designed to enhance athletic performance, improve movement mechanics, and build overall strength. Each session focuses on explosive power, speed, agility, and injury prevention.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 2:00p.m. - 3:30p.m.

PRICE: $250.00 per Week

Week 1: June 9 - 12, 2025

Week 2: June 23 - 26, 2025

Week 3: July 7 - 10, 2025

Week 4: July 21 - 24, 2025

WHO CAN JOIN? Athletes of all levels looking to build strength, power, and conditioning for their sport. Younger youth athletes.
