Strength Training for Specific Disciplines
Short Sprints (100m-200m):
Focus on explosive power, acceleration, and maximal force output. Our program includes Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and high-intensity strength training to maximize speed and ground contact efficiency.
Long Sprints (200m-400m):
Combine strength and speed endurance with exercises that enhance sustained force production. This includes dynamic lifts, resisted runs, and progressive tempo runs for optimal performance over longer sprints.
Middle Distance (800m-1500m):
