Coach Mo’s personal training program offers high quality one-on-one or small group personal training sessions with a professional fitness coach.

The program includes:

  • Fitness assessments

  • Exercises designed for your level of fitness and goals

  • Monthly exercise plans specially designed for days between personal training sessions

  • Two to three training sessions per week depending on your goals and schedule

Payment is due in advance. Billed monthly. Refer a friend and receive 15% off your next month of training! (Referred client must commit to one month of training; discount will be applied to your next payment).

SMALL GROUP 60-MINUTE* SESSIONS

Payment is due in advance. Group members are billed monthly. Each member is required to pay his/her portion of the total at the start of each month. Members will be billed for missed sessions; make-up sessions are not permitted.

Terms and Refund/Cancellation Policy

All fitness training sessions must be paid for in advance. Fitness training sessions are non-refundable. If you are tardy for your session you will receive the remaining portion of your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, you must notify your trainer. The opportunity to reschedule a missed personal training session is up to the discretion of your trainer.
