CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
HIIT — High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes include high-intensity interval cardio training and strength training. Participants will complete multiple rounds of exercise circuits designed to increase heart rate, burn fat, and build strength and stamina.
Strength — Heavy weight lifting; focus is on proper technique and form.
Each class is 45 minutes in length. Cost is $130 per month for unlimited classes (monthly commitment required). Drop-in rate is $20 per person per session. Payment is due in advance.
Space is limited to 8 people per group, so please contact us to register.
Policies and Procedures
Payment is due in advance. A $20 fee will be applied to all refunds. If a student misses a session, he or she can attend on the following meeting day. View additional policies.
