AFTER SCHOOL YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM
The 2024/2025 school year program starts on August 12, 2024
This program is a perfect fit for elementary school athletes willing to work towards improving performance in soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, baseball, golf, lacrosse, skateboarding, and other sports that require high physical demands. Areas of focus: coordination, strength, speed, stamina, and teamwork. Space is limited to 15 kids per session, so sign up today!
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SCHEDULE:
3:30pm - 4:30pm, Mondays - Thursdays
PRICING (price per kid*):
1 day a week = $150/month
2 days a week = $200/month
3 days a week = $225/month
*A 10% siblings discount will be applied if at least one child is enrolled in the program two or more days a week.

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
MIDDLE SCHOOL SCHEDULE:
4:30pm - 5:30pm, Mondays - Thursdays
HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE:
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Monday through Friday
The middle and high school strength and conditioning program is a year-round class that helps develop athletes regardless of the season they are in. This is the most advanced class offered to our student athletes and is specifically designed to increase strength, speed, power and endurance that will be directly transferable to sport. Every athlete that participates in this class will be tested and evaluated with some of the most advanced strength and conditioning technology at the beginning and end of every year in order to keep track of progress. After the initial evaluation, the athlete will receive their own personalized program which is updated every single month in order to maximize athletic potential.

2 x Week = $225

SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Coach Mo’s offers group classes that include high-intensity cardio training and strength training. Classes are scheduled for Monday through Friday mornings, including women-only classes, and some afternoons and evenings. Each class is 45 minutes and space is limited to 8 people per group.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Coach Mo’s personal training program offers high quality one-on-one or small group personal training sessions with a professional fitness coach.
The program includes:
Fitness assessments
Exercises designed for your level of fitness and goals
Monthly exercise plans specially designed for days between personal training sessions
Two to three training sessions per week depending on your goals and schedule
