Registration for Coach Mo's After School Fitness Program is Now Open!

Our Youth Athlete Development program is a perfect fit for athletes willing to work hard towards improving their performance skills. We welcome athletes from a variety of sports that require high physical demands, including soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, baseball, golf, lacrosse, and skateboarding. During each session, our coaching staff will lead athletes through drills designed to improve coordination, strength, speed, stamina, and teamwork. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
3:15 – 4:15pm
(open to elementary and middle school students)
4:30 – 5:30pm (open to middle and high school students)
